
Terry Lin, PA-C, MSPAS Orthopaedic Surgery Physician Assistant
Terry Y. Lin, PA-C, is a board-certified Advanced Clinical Practitioner specializing in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine at Northwell Orthopedics. With over 14 years of experience in Orthopaedics, he previously served as Lead Physician Assistant at Rothman Orthopedics and as the Clinical Operations Council representative for the Greater New York Region.
He earned his undergraduate degree from St. Joseph’s University (formerly the University of the Sciences) and completed his graduate training at the Pace University-Lenox Hill Hospital Physician Assistant Program, where he now serves as an adjunct faculty member in the master’s program.
Recognized within the orthopaedic community, Terry is on faculty and a speaker for several pharmaceutical and biomedical companies. He frequently lectures on injection techniques and biologics and leads educational workshops for healthcare professionals across the United States.
Terry is licensed in New York and New Jersey and is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. In addition to his current role at Northwell Orthopedics, he has held affiliations with leading institutions, including the Hospital for Special Surgery, NYU Langone Health, NewYork-Presbyterian, and the Mount Sinai Health System.

Montanna is a Certified Athletic Trainer that has been with Dr Erickson since 2022. She graduated from Penn State with a BS in Athletic Training. She enjoys watching Penn State Football, skiing, and playing with her dog, Mika

Mackenzie Lindeman, ATC
Mackenzie is a Certified Athletic Trainer who started working with Dr. Erickson in 2019. She graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a BS in Athletic Training. She started racing motocross at the age of 7, and became interested in orthopedics after breaking her wrist and undergoing surgery in high school. In her free time Mackenzie loves to take her dog Goose on hikes or to the motocross track.
